Terms and conditions

The site tells you what we fry, where our counters are and how to reach us. We keep it accurate, but menus, prices, opening hours and counters change, and the site can fall behind. What the counter tells you on the day is what applies.

Photographs show the food as it is served, but every fry is crumbed by hand, so yours will not look exactly like the picture.

Online orders are taken and paid for through PetPooja, a third party billing service. Its own terms and its payment partners' terms apply to the payment itself. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless the bill says otherwise. An order is confirmed when the counter accepts it.

Everything is fried after you order, so a busy counter may take longer than usual. We will tell you if an item has run out.

Frying starts as soon as an order is accepted, so an order cannot be cancelled once the counter has started on it.

If something is missing, wrong or not right, call customer support with your order details as soon as you can. Where the fault is ours we will replace the item or refund it to the payment method you used.

Every counter operates under our FSSAI licence, number 12825999001281.

Our food contains fish and shellfish, and many items also contain egg, wheat (gluten) and mustard. Everything shares the same kitchen and the same oil, so we cannot promise any item is free of an allergen. Tell the counter about an allergy before you order.

Fish is filleted by hand and a small bone can occasionally be missed. Eat carefully, especially when feeding children.

Sending the franchise form is an enquiry. It is not an offer of a franchise and it does not commit either side to anything. A franchise exists only once a written agreement is signed by both parties.

The franchise form asks for your name, where you are, a phone number and a few answers about the property. We keep these in our enquiry records and use them only to call you back about the enquiry. We do not sell them or pass them to anyone else.

The visit counter on the home page counts page loads. It records nothing about who you are.

The site links to PetPooja, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it or from relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be settled by the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
